Pursuant to a notice posted on November 8, 2022, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 11:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Paul; and Walle.

 

A quorum was present for the sole purpose of taking testimony, pursuant to Rule 4, Section 16A.

 

Representative Canales, Representative Guerra, and Senator Hinojosa were also present.

 

 

The committee met to hear testimony pursuant to the previously posted agenda.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

 

 

At 2:35 p.m., on the motion of Representative King, Tracy O. and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
