Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 2021, and permission granted on March 3, 2021, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Parker; Capriglione; Muñoz, Jr.; Perez; Rogers; Slawson; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair began the posted agenda of an organizational hearing with invited testimony only.

At 9:58 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess of the House today or during the period authorized for reading and referral of bills if permission is granted by the House.

 

The committee reconvened at 10:48 a.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Parker; Perez; Rogers; Slawson; and Stephenson.

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair resumed the posted agenda of an organizational hearing with invited testimony only.

At 11:40 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
