Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2021, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 8:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Muñoz, Jr.; Perez; Rogers; Slawson; Stephenson; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

(Representative Murphy was also present.)

 

The chair began the posted agenda of an organizational hearing, with invited testimony only.

 

(Representative Parker now present.)

At 9:55 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
