During the committee's recess, the committee coordinator informed the chair that the audio/video in Room E2.036 began experiencing technical difficulties and the committee would need to move to E2.030 to continue its meeting. The chair directed the committee coordinator to post notices regarding the meeting location change on the door of Rooms E2.036 and E2.030 and to place committee coordinator staff near both meeting locations to direct witnesses and the public to the new location. Additionally, the chair made an announcement on the House floor that, upon final adjournment, the committee would reconvene in Room E2.030 due to technical difficulties.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:05 p.m. in Room E2.030 and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia.
