Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2021, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 3:31 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Parker; Capriglione; Muñoz, Jr.; Perez; Rogers; Slawson; Stephenson; and Vo.

A quorum was present.

SB 1444

The chair laid out SB 1444, the companion to HB 4078.

Representative Capriglione moved that SB 1444, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

At 3:32 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
