Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 13, 2021, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 3:31 p.m.

Representative Capriglione moved that SB 1444, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
