Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 2021, revised on May 3, 2021 and May 4, 2021, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 3, 2021 and on May 4, 2021, the House Committee on Homeland Security & Public Safety met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative White, at 8:00 a.m.
