Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2021, revised on May 8, 2021, and an announcement on the House floor on May 8, 2021 to delay the convening time to 11am, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Ken, at 11:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Ken; Krause; Martinez; and Morales, Christina.

 

A quorum was present for the sole purpose of taking testimony, pursuant to Rule 4, Section 16A.
