Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2021, revised on May 5, 2021 and May 8, 2021, an announcement on the house floor on May 8, 2021 to delay the convening time to 10am, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Paddie, at 10:09 a.m.
