Pursuant to a notice posted on June 3, 2022, the House Committee on The Robb Elementary Shooting, Investigative met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 9:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Moody; and Justice Guzman, Eva.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Chair, Vice-Chair and Justice all made opening remarks.

 

Without objection, the committee entered into executive session under Rule 4, Section 12, of the House Rules of Procedure, at 9:10am.

 

The committee exited the executive session, and the Chair called the committee to order in open session at 11:56am.  No decisions were made or voted on during the executive session.

 

At 11:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 12:30 p.m., June 9, 2022.

 

The committee reconvened at 12:41 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Moody; and Justice Guzman, Eva.

 

A quorum was present.

 

Without objection, the committee entered into executive session under Rule 4, Section 12, of the House Rules of Procedure, at 12:41 p.m.

 

The committee exited the executive session, and the Chair called the committee to order in open session at 2:34 p.m.  No decisions were made or voted on during the executive session.

 

 

 

 

 

 

At 2:36 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
