Pursuant to a notice posted on July 12, 2022, the House Committee on The Robb Elementary Shooting, Investigative met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 1:34 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Moody; and Justice Guzman, Eva.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Chair moved that the interim report of the Investigative Committee on the Robb Elementary Shooting be adopted.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Burrows; Moody; Justice Guzman, Eva (3)

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

 

Absent:                        None (0).

 

At 1:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 4:00 p.m., July 17, 2022 in the Civic Center Auditorium.

 

Pursuant to the recess, the committee reconvened at 4:41 p.m. in the Civic Center Auditorium and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Moody; and Justice Guzman, Eva.

 

A quorum was present.

 

The committee entertained questions from accredited members of the media regarding the interim report adopted by the committee.

 

At 5:28 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
