CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 14, 2021, the House Committee on Urban Affairs authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Urban Affairs held on April 7, 2021. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2021, revised on April 1, 2021, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cortez, at 12:41 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cortez; Bernal; and Morales Shaw. A quorum was present for the sole purpose of taking testimony, pursuant to Rule 4, Section 16A.

The Committee heard testimony from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs regarding the Texas Rent Relief program.

Representative Bernal moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.
