Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2022, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cortez, at 10:20 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Cortez; Bernal; Campos; Gates; Minjarez; and Slaton.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Chair made opening remarks.
