Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Child Protective Services, Special was held on Thursday, March 17, 2022, in the Senate Chamber.

The chair called the meeting to order at 12:06 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

Senator Perry moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

The following members arrived after the roll was called:

Senator Brandon Creighton

Senator Borris Miles

Invited witnesses testifying are shown on the attached list.

At 5:56 PM Senator Perry assumed the chair.

At 6:01 PM Senator Kolkhorst resumed the chair.

There being no further business, at 6:21 PM Senator Perry moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
