Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Child Protective Services, Special was held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, in the Senate Chamber.

The chair called the meeting to order at 10:11 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 Invited witnesses testifying are shown on the attached list.

At 5:13 PM Senator Perry assumed the chair.

At 5:16 PM Senator Kolkhorst resumed the chair.

There being no further business, at 5:32 PM Senator Perry moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
