Pursuant to suspension of Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Education was held on Friday, May 21, 2021, in the Capitol Extension Auditorium.

Senator José Menéndez, the acting chair, called the meeting to order at 9:05 AM. A quorum not being present, the following business was transacted: The roll was called at 8:15 PM and a quorum was established.
