The chair called the meeting to order at 9:04 AM. The following business was transacted:

The chair made opening remarks.

Public testimony was heard on SB I – Article II. Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

At 12:04 PM Senator Perry assumed the chair.

At 12:12 PM Senator Nelson resumed the chair.

The chair closed testimony on Article II.

Senator Nelson moved that SB 1 be left pending; without objection, it was so ordered.

There being no further business, at 12:55 PM Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed until Monday, March 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Without objection, it was so ordered.
