Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on To Protect All Texans, Special was held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, in the Senate Chamber.

The chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM. The following business was transacted:

The Committee heard invited and public testimony on issues to protect all Texans including mental health and firearm safety. 

The roll was called and a quorum was established.
