Pursuant to Rule 1, Texas House Rules and pursuant to Rule 11.03, Texas Senate Rules, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Community-Based Care Transition, Oversight was held on Monday, August 22, 2022, in E1.010 (Hearing Room).

Co-chair Senator Lois Kolkhorst called the meeting to order at 10:06 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

Co-chair Representative Frank moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

The Committee heard invited testimony.

Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

At 2:04 PM Representative Frank assumed the chair.

At 2:07 PM Senator Kolkhorst resumed the chair.

There being no further business, at 3:51 PM Representative Frank moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
