The chair called the meeting to order at 11:04 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

The following member arrived after the roll was called: Senator Hall present at 11:07 a.m.

Senator Paxton moved adoption of the committee rules. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

The Chair called the following individuals to provide invited testimony (see attached witness list).

There being no further business, at 12:58 PM Representative Capriglione moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
