Pursuant to Rule 1, Texas House Rules and pursuant to Rule 11.03, Texas Senate Rules, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Texas Infrastructure Resiliency Fund Advisory was held on Monday, October 18, 2021, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

Co-chair Senator Charles Perry called the meeting to order at 9:38 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

Invited witnesses testifying on the overall operation, function, and structure of the resiliency fund are shown on the attached list.

 

There being no further business, at 10:00 AM Senator Perry moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
