- Sam Houston State University

- Texas State University

- Sul Ross State University

- Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College

- Lamar Institution of Technology

- Lamar State College - Orange

- Lamar State College - Port Arthur

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to three minutes.

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a future schedule. The committee may consider agenda items posted for Monday March 1, 2021, that were not reached for consideration.
