The Subcommittee on Articles I, IV, and V will meet to hear testimony on House budget recommendations for the following agencies:

- Comptroller of Public Accounts & Fiscal Programs

- Office of the Attorney General

- Commission on the Arts

- Bond Review Board

- Cancer Prevention & Research Institute of Texas

- Commission on State Emergency Communications

- Emergency Services Retirement System

- Employees Retirement System, Soc. Security & Benefit Replacement

- Ethics Commission

- Historical Commission

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to three minutes.

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a

future schedule.
