The Subcommittee on Articles I, IV, and V will hear testimony on House budget recommendations for the following agencies:

- Office of the Governor & Trusteed Programs

- Texas Facilities Commission & Revenue Bonds for Lease Payments

- Department of Information Resources

- Library & Archives Commission

- Public Finance Authority & General Obligation Bond Debt Service

- Pension Review Board

- State Preservation Board

- State Office of Risk Management

- Secretary of State

- Veterans Commission

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to three minutes.

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a

future schedule. The committee may consider agenda items posted for Monday March 1, 2021, that were not reached for consideration.
