The Subcommittee on Articles I, IV, V will meet to hear testimony on House budget recommendations for the following agencies:

 

- Commission on Fire Protection

- Overview of the Criminal Justice Data Reports

- Juvenile Justice Department

- Department of Criminal Justice

- Board of Pardons and Paroles

- Department of Public Safety

- Texas Military Department

- Commission on Jail Standards

- Commission on Law Enforcement

- Alcoholic Beverage Commission

- Special Provisions Relating to Public Safety & Criminal Justice

 

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to three minutes.

 

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a

future schedule. The committee may consider agenda items posted for Monday March 1, 2021, Tuesday March 2, 2021, and Wednesday March 3, 2021 that were not reached for consideration.
