*Public testimony will be limited to two (2) minutes*

 

Witness registration will open at 7:00am on Monday, August 23, 2021.

Witnesses are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.

 

The committee will hear public testimony on the following bills:

 

SB 1           Hughes | et al.                                        
Relating to election integrity and security, including by preventing fraud in the conduct of elections in this state; increasing criminal penalties; creating criminal offenses; providing civil penalties.

HB 20          Cain                                                  
Relating to censorship of or certain other interference with digital expression, including expression on social media platforms or through electronic mail messages.
