The Committee will meet jointly with the Committee on Energy Resources, with invited and public testimony, to consider the following joint interim charge:

- Monitor the agencies and programs under the Committee's jurisdiction and

oversee the implementation of relevant legislation passed by the 87th

Legislature. Conduct active oversight of all associated rulemaking and

other governmental actions taken to ensure the intended legislative

outcome of all legislation, including the following:

     SB 3, relating to preparing for, preventing, and responding to      weather emergencies and power outages. (Joint charge with Committee

     on Energy Resources)
