Relating to the establishment of a memorial monument dedicated to emergency medical services personnel on the Capitol grounds.

Individuals wishing to provide public testimony should register at the electronic kiosk outside the hearing room. Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes.

committee will strictly follow all Senate rules relating to the pandemic,

including the requirement for a negative COVID-19 test to enter the
