Designating November 5 as Type 1.5 Diabetes Awareness Day for a 10-year period beginning in 2021.

Designating April as Beach Safety and Rip Current Awareness Month for a 10-year period beginning in 2021.

Designating the second Monday in October as Indigenous Peoples' Day for a 10-year period beginning in 2021.

Authorizing the lieutenant governor and speaker to appoint joint committees.

Individuals wishing to provide public testimony should register at the

electronic kiosk outside the hearing room. Public testimony will be

limited to 2 minutes.

including the requirement for a negative COVID-19 test to enter the
