The Committee will meet to discuss the following items:

·                The implementation status of SB 2, SB 3, SB 2154, and related legislation from the 87th Legislative Session, including ongoing rulemaking efforts and discussions related to market design; critical infrastructure designation; weatherization; ERCOT board oversight; and implementation of the Texas Energy Reliability Council.

·                Options for incentivizing investment in new dispatchable generation in order to meet the long term electric reliability needs of Texas.

The Committee will hear invited testimony only. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies with your name on each copy.
