Proposing a constitutional amendment relating to the determination of a quorum of the senate or house of representatives.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. Individuals wishing to provide public testimony or register a position on a bill should register at the electronic kiosk outside the hearing room. If submitting written testimony, please provide 20 copies with your name and bill number on each copy.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, COVID - 19 testing and wrist bands are required for access to the Senate hearing room.
