Relating to an election to approve a reduction or reallocation of funding or resources for a municipal or county law enforcement agency.

SB 24          Huffman
Relating to the procedures required before a law enforcement agency hires a peace officer.

SB 2154        Schwertner
Relating to the membership of the Public Utility Commission of Texas.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 20 copies to the committee clerk with your name

and the bill number on each copy.

E1.012 will be an overflow room.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Jurisprudence Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
