NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The committee will meet to consider pending business and the following:

 

SB 11          Huffman                
Relating to the composition of the court of appeals districts.

SB 1529        Huffman                
Relating to the creation of the Texas Court of Appeals to hear certain cases; authorizing fees.

SB 1822        Huffman                
Relating to the postponement of certain dates relating to elections to be held in 2022.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 20 copies to the committee clerk with your name

and the bill number on each copy.

 

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Jurisprudence Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
