Relating to standardized forms and materials for the issuance of protective orders, magistrate's orders for emergency protection, and temporary ex parte orders.

Relating to certain criminal court costs, fines, and fees.

Relating to the provision of electricity service in this state.

Proposing a constitutional amendment changing the eligibility requirements for certain judicial offices.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 20 copies to the committee clerk with your name

and the bill number on each copy.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Jurisprudence Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
