Relating to student success-based funding recommendations for certain continuing workforce education courses offered by public junior colleges.

Relating to measures to facilitate the successful completion of degree and certificate programs by certain adult learners at public institutions of higher education.

SB 1126        Springer | et al.       
Relating to the establishment and administration of the Texas Woman's University System.

SB 1295        Creighton              
Relating to state support for comprehensive regional universities in this state.

SB 1230        Taylor                 
Relating to establishing the Texas Commission on Community College Finance.

SB 1251        Miles                  
Relating to authorizing of joint degrees for certain graduate programs of The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

SB 1490        Creighton              
Relating to the authority of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to issue a certificate of authority or certificate of authorization regarding professional degrees.

SB 1525        Creighton              
Relating to the administration of the governor's university research initiative.

SB 1531        West                   
Relating to formula funding for excess undergraduate credit hours at public institutions of higher education and to the tuition rate that may be charged for those credit hours.

SB 1780        Creighton              
Relating to the establishment of the Texas Epidemic Public Health Institute.

Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 2

minutes. If submitting written testimony, please submit 30 copies, with

your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.

Senate Higher Education Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative
