Relating to the transfer to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board of certain responsibilities relating to postsecondary education and career counseling.

Relating to providing information to undergraduate students regarding certain fixed or flat tuition rates provided by certain institutions of higher education.

Relating to off-campus workforce education or lower-division programs offered by a public institution of higher education at the request of an employer.

Relating to the rural veterinarian incentive program.

HB 3767        Murphy | et al.          SP: Bettencourt
Relating to measures to support the alignment of education and workforce development in the state with state workforce needs, including the establishment of the Tri-Agency Workforce Initiative.

Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 2

minutes. If submitting written testimony, please submit 12 copies, with

your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.

 

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Higher Education Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
