Relating to the establishment by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board of a grant program for regional postsecondary education collaboratives.

HB 2645        King, Tracy O. | et al.  SP: Zaffirini
Relating to the election of certain junior college district trustees by plurality vote.

Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 2

minutes. If submitting written testimony, please submit 12 copies, with

your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Higher Education Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative

COVID-19 test to enter the hearing room.
