Relating to health care provider reporting of federal money received for the coronavirus disease public health emergency.

Relating to the temporary relocation of a residential child-care facility during a declared state of disaster.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, please provide 20 copies to the committee clerk with your name

and the bill number on each copy.

 

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, the

Senate Health and Human Services Committee will strictly follow all Senate

rules relating to the pandemic, including the requirement for a negative
