Urging Congress to pass legislation that would grant licensing authority for public school bus drivers to the states.

To protect the health and safety of members, staff and the public, COVID -

19 testing and wristbands are required for access to the Senate hearing

room. Free COVID testing and wristbands are available in E1.010.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
