Relating to the authority of a hospital to drill a water well for the purpose of producing water for use in the event of an emergency or natural disaster.

Public testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. If submitting written

testimony, you must include your name or the name of your organization on

each copy, and provide 15 hard copies at the hearing.

Senate Committee on Water, Agriculture and Rural Affairs will strictly
