Amend HB 4 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Strike "peace officer" and substitute "commissioned officer of the Department of Public Safety" in each of the following places it appears:

(A)  page 2, line 17; and

(B)  page 3, line 27.

(2)  On page 4, line 13, strike "a peace officer's order" and substitute "an order issued".
