Amend HB 4 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, between lines 23 and 24, after the "." insert "A peace officer authorized to remove a person under this section shall complete the education and training program on civil rights, racial sensitivity, and cultural diversity required in Occupations Code 1701.253(c).".

(2)  On page 4, between lines 6 and 7, after the "." insert "A peace officer authorized to remove a person under this section shall complete the education and training program on civil rights, racial sensitivity, and cultural diversity required in Occupations Code 1701.253(c).".
