(1) On page 2, line 26, between "pending" and the underlined period, insert "unless the defendant is seeking asylum in accordance with federal law".

(2) On page 4, line 9, between "pending" and the underlined period, insert "unless the defendant is seeking asylum in accordance with federal law".
