Amend CSSB 7 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, strike lines 14 and 15 and substitute "a person.".

(2)  Strike page 1, line 24 through page 2, line 1, and substitute the following:

"requiring a person to be vaccinated against COVID-19 for any reason, including".

(3)  On page 2, lines 4-6, strike "an employee, contractor, applicant for employment, or applicant for a contract position" and substitute "a person".

(4)  On page 2, lines 26-27 and page 3, line 1, strike "An employee, contractor, applicant for employment, or applicant for a contract position" and substitute "A person".

(5)  On page 4, line 5, between "unless" and "the employer", insert "the complaint was filed by an employee, contractor, applicant for employment, or applicant for a contract position and".
