R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their |
|
memories of Lee Hutchins Hubby of Austin, who passed away on |
|
November 6, 2022, at the age of 75; and |
|
WHEREAS, The son of Lee and Sola Hubby, "Hutch" Hubby |
|
graduated from Austin High School and subsequently enrolled in the |
|
Plan II program at The University of Texas at Austin, where he |
|
played varsity baseball; he went on to enjoy a successful career in |
|
the insurance industry; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Hubby took great pride in his 6 children, Paige, |
|
Erin, Ellen, Zachary, Bethany, and Tiffany, and with the passing |
|
years, he had the privilege of welcoming into his family 11 beloved |
|
grandchildren; he was sustained by a deep and abiding faith, and in |
|
his leisure time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing; and |
|
WHEREAS, Admired for his warmth, kindness, and generosity of |
|
spirit, Hutch Hubby touched countless lives during his journey on |
|
this earth, and he will long be remembered with deep affection by |
|
all who knew him; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the memory |
|
of Lee Hutchins Hubby and extend sincere condolences to the members |
|
of his family: to his children, Paige Maddex, Erin Frazier, Ellen |
|
Demers, Zachary Hubby, and Bethany Whaley; to his grandchildren; to |
|
his sister, Sola Jan Hubby; to his aunt, Patsy Crumley; to his |
|
former wife, Margaret Hubby; and to his other relatives and |
|
friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Hutch |
|
Hubby. |
