The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 4 (engrossed version) in SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 51.04, Penal Code, add a new Subsection (c) (page 7, line 12) as follows:
(c) It is not an offense if the person surrenders to an official with the United States Customs and Border Patrol or other federal official located at an official point of entry.
