Amend SB 4 (house committee printing) on page 7, between lines 11 and 12, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this section that the actor attempted to comply with the order described by Subsection (a) but was unable to comply with that order due to a denial of entry by the foreign nation to which the actor was ordered to return.
