Amend SB 4 (house committee report) on page 2 as follows:

(1)  On lines 2 through 4, strike ", provided that the person is on the premises or grounds of the facility or office for the purpose of receiving medical treatment".

(2)  On lines 8 through 10, strike ", provided that the person is on the premises or grounds of the facility for purposes of obtaining a forensic medical examination and treatment".
