(1) On line 16, following the underlined semicolon, strike "or".
(2) On line 19, between "2021" and the underlined period, insert the following:

(4) the actor had a reasonable fear of bodily harm or of becoming the victim of conduct constituting an offense under Chapter 20A in the actor's country of citizenship or national origin
