Amend SB 4 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 5, line 16, strike "or".

(2)  On page 5, line 19, between "2021" and the underlined period, insert the following:

(4)  the defendant has a pending application with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services for a T or U visa
