SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 67
         WHEREAS, Randy MacNaughton, owner of MacNaughton Insurance
  Agency, Inc., in Bandera, has distinguished himself greatly
  through his achievements in business and his involvement in his
  community over the past 40 years; and
         WHEREAS, A lifelong resident of Bandera County,
  Mr. MacNaughton graduated from The University of Texas at San
  Antonio with a history degree in 1976; several years later, he
  founded MacNaughton Insurance Agency, Inc., which he owns and
  operates to this day; and
         WHEREAS, Dedicated to giving back to his community,
  Mr. MacNaughton served on the Medina ISD School Board for nearly
  two decades and on the board of directors of the Hill Country
  Telephone Cooperative for 35 years; he is also a longtime member
  and deacon of First Baptist Church in Medina; and
         WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. MacNaughton has enjoyed
  the love and support of his wife, Kimberly MacNaughton, and their
  blended family, which includes his son, Scott, and his
  stepchildren, Ashley, Emily, Travis, Stacy, and Shelby; and
         WHEREAS, Randy MacNaughton has made significant
  contributions to Bandera County as a business owner and civic
  leader, and he has earned the respect and admiration of all who
  are fortunate enough to know him; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 88th
  Legislature, 4th Called Session, hereby honor Randy MacNaughton
  for his 40 years of success as the owner of MacNaughton Insurance
  Agency, Inc., and for his exceptional service to his community
  and extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
  prepared for Mr. MacNaughton as an expression of high regard by
  the Texas Senate.
